
Molly acts as general counsel for First Nations governments and organizations across Canada. She assists clients with general governance matters in a range of areas of law, including employment, business, corporate and economic development, governance, and citizenship.
Prior to joining Fox LLP, Molly articled with a boutique law firm focusing on Aboriginal law in Calgary. Molly has assisted clients with matters before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, the Court of Appeal of Alberta, and various other administrative decision-makers.
Molly is committed to providing quality legal advice to support clients in the advancement of First Nations’ interests while advocating for a more equitable future. She recognizes the importance of respecting and understanding the unique goals, perspectives, and governance traditions of each First Nation to provide effective legal solutions that align with her clients’ values.
